That is why all members of our team must not only meet our requirements for formal qualifications and experience, but must also have a caring manner and personality.
Linda Bidle, our Administrator and a long-time childcare provider herself, maintains staff requirements,
which meet or exceed those of the
Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE).

Our staff is headed by Linda Gàgnon.
Linda holds a B.A. degree in Early Childhood Education
from Hood College.
